It provides free information about the products featured on this platform, pricing and purchasing availability from affiliates.

StylishCircle may also contain links to advertisers, special offers or events that are not controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for their information, materials, products or services.

This website also contains links to other websites, which are not related to StylishCircle. We are not responsible for any damage that might occur if you choose services from these external websites. By using the linked websites, you agree to their terms of services and conditions.

Eligibility

This website, it’s services, community and extra features are not intended to be used by persons under the age of 13. For purchasing and registration on StylishCircle, a user must be over 18. Users are prohibited to submit fake data and impersonate other persons. StylishCircle does not verify whether a user provided their true identity or not.

Property Rights

The intellectual property, services and platform features provided for you remain under the property of StylishCircle and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. You may store, print and display the content only for personal use. Users hereby understand that company names, logos and trademarks are protected by law. Users acknowledge StylishCircle is the owner of the intellectual property, under the EU law, including, without limitation, trademarks, content, display, design patents, configuration, underlying code, compilation and composition except the content provided  by the third parties and users. These may be sponsored, connected to, affiliated or licensed to StylishCircle.

In addition, logos, graphics, page headers, icons, service names and scripts are the property of StylishCircle and may not be used with any other service or product except StylishCircle.

Prices Stated on the Site

We are constantly trying to ensure that all displayed prices are up to date, but we can not guarantee this as the affiliates might change prices on short notice. it is therefore possible to have a slight difference between the price listed on StylishCircle and the price from the Affiliate shop.

Users acknowledge that the purchase price is the price stated on the Affiliate’s shop website.

StylishCircle does not update prices and product info instantly so you might experience minor discrepancies between what is shown in StylishCircle and what gets displayed in the Affiliate’s shop. However, the update of products and prices into StylishCircle takes place on a regular basis. Shipping, handling and other taxes are not included in value stated on StylishCircle. They are calculated according to the shipping address when you checkout from the Affiliate’s shop.

Earning points

StylishCircle offers and awards points to users for various kinds of activities. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a particular action qualifies for points. We also reserve the right to offer different users different quantities of points for engaging in the same qualifying action. In order for Stylesnaps and Collages to be considered valid, they need to have included a relevant and 100% original description equal to or longer than 350 words. We may also offer opportunities to earn points and redeem points to some users without offering them to all users. We reserve the right to validate in advance the content that will appear on the site. We will filter out irrelevant content (collages created superficially, just to earn points/ stylesnaps with celebrities or other characters – that do not belong to you).  Thus, we will only provide loyalty points for high-quality content, relevant for the site. Finally, we may remove points from an account to correct system errors, reconcile discrepancies or disputed charges, reflect incomplete transactions, or upon termination of the account. Points remain the property of StylishCircle and users have no rights or claims associated with points in their account. Points have no cash or other value and are non-negotiable except when used by a user to obtain rewards. Selling, purchasing or transferring points is not allowed. In the event your account is terminated, any unredeemed points in that account will be automatically forfeited without any compensation to you. When you place an order to redeem points for one or more rewards, your account will be reduced by the number of points used. If a user fails to engage in a single qualifying action for twelve (12) consecutive months, the points held in that user’s account may be subject to forfeiture, in StylishCircle’s sole discretion. A ‘qualifying action’ includes visiting our website, using our mobile apps, uploading content, ‘liking’ content, or making purchases. StylishCircle is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards once they are issued to a user, and points redeemed for a reward cannot be restored under any circumstance.

Redeeming rewards

The rewards a user is eligible to receive upon his or her redemption of points may include gift cards and other items of value. StylishCircle will list rewards on our website and may also list them on our mobile apps, or through other channels. We reserve the right to change the number of points necessary to obtain any given reward, the rewards that may be offered to any given user, the day-to-day availability of any reward, and any additional conditions to receive a particular reward. We may send rewards to you electronically via e-mail or text message. Your receipt of rewards shall depend upon the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in your account, including your e-mail and any shipment address you provide. StylishCircle will not be held responsible for re-shipment or replacement of rewards, or the reinstatement of points in the event that we send rewards to the wrong address or e-mail. We may, but are not obligated to, request verification of your account information prior to sending rewards, such as by sending you an e- mail to which you must respond before we send the rewards. All redemptions of points for rewards are final. A user may not attempt to accrue or redeem points in any manner that is inconsistent with our terms and conditions, published rules, or restrictions appearing elsewhere on StylishCircle. Such actions include attempting to earn points through illegitimate channels, automated processes or scripts, tampering with the links, or other unauthorized means to obtain points or rewards. StylishCircle will be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms and conditions or other rules and any decision we make relating to terminating a membership (including the forfeiture of points) shall be final and binding.

Disclaimer of Liability

The content on this Website is provided without any guarantees or warranties. Some features, functionalities or content may be administrated, controlled or hosted by a third party, including but not limited to Affiliate shops.

Indemnification and Conduct

Although we provide rules and conditions for user conduct, we shall not be held responsible for any loses, expenses or damages resulting from improper user conduct within StylishCircle. We are not responsible for the user conduct whether it is online or offline.

Content, communication and feedback

StylishCircle uses electronic communication in the form of email and written messages for the application users. By browsing this website you are consenting to this form of communication.
